    What have people enjoyed most?

    - The amazing journey to a deep relaxation through sound and having a wonderful guide who was attentive at all times.

    - The guidance, I find it a bit difficult to concentrate at times. I also loved the sound bowls and the rain sounds.

    - The talking and imagining and affirmations

-- The walking around with the sounds definitely enhanced the experience

    What have people enjoyed most?

    - Tingling sensations across the body particularly the fingers, the back of the head/cervical spine, jaw mouth and tongue.

    - I was aware of sensations in my throat area when hearing the singing bowl related to that area

    - Whilst I was laying there Montell used the rain sound around my head and it felt like a rush of water came through my head/ body

    - Body sensations and goosebumps

    What else do people like?

    What have people enjoyed most?

    What else do people like?

    - Guiding at the start; adding context to the different bowls, using voice at the end, asking for feedback at the end which gave people a voice and reflect.

    - I felt subtle layers really coming alive during the crystal bowl, when the different instruments came in it added a layer to the experience and I felt this was cleansing and renewing, releasing.

    - It was a first experience so I enjoyed everything as I was not sure what to expect.

    - The occasional guidance throughout was helpful
